This single by Fumitaka Fuchigami contains the opening and ending theme song for Resident Evil, only used in the Japanese version of the game.

This single contains the opening and ending theme from the original Japanese version of Resident Evil. It even contains the instrumental versions of the tracks. Icy Gaze is the opening theme, but doesn’t appear in the game. Rather, an English version of the song appears during the opening cast roll, but is heavily edited. While I won’t let this end as a dream… plays during the ending theme and credits of the Japanese version. These songs did not appear in any other version of the game besides the original Japanese version.
